Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect data transmission. Uploaded images and generated content are stored in cloud object storage with access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services for core functionality:

Volcengine (火山引擎): AI model inference for image and video generation. Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to Volcengine for processing.
Cloud Object Storage: For storing uploaded and generated content.
SMS Service: For sending verification codes during login.

These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them.

5. Real-Person Asset Library

The App includes a real-person asset library feature. When you upload or sync real-person assets:

Assets are stored securely and linked to your account.
Only authorized users (as assigned by administrators) can access specific asset groups.
Assets are used solely for AI video generation within the App.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use uploaded person images.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

With service providers who help us operate the App (as described in Section 4).
When required by law, court order, or government regulation.
To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features or additional generation credits. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store billing system. We do not store your payment card information.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
